From $1,750Order nowWhat we fix
Targeted, high-impact support to get revenue operations back on track, then keep them stable once the fire is out.
A rapid, structured assessment of your revenue stack: what is broken now, what is quietly leaking, and what is about to fail next.
Fix corrupted data, restore field mappings and lifecycle stages, remove duplicates, and stop the mess coming back.
Unblock stalled pipeline: broken stage logic, dead handoffs, missing notifications, and the unworked lead backlog.
Repair, rebuild, and stabilise failed n8n, Zapier, Make, and native CRM workflows, including retries and rate limits.
Reconnect broken integrations between CRM, billing, warehouse, and support so records sync reliably both ways.
Rebuild dashboards and attribution you can actually defend in a board meeting, with definitions documented.
Repair the handoff: shared definitions, routing rules, SLAs, and one funnel both teams read the same way.
Ongoing senior support after the rescue: someone accountable for the systems your revenue depends on.
Who calls us
We are not a strategy firm and we do not sell platforms. We are the people you call when the thing that takes the money, books the meeting, or routes the lead has stopped doing it.
Your storefront is your only till. When checkout maths goes wrong or Stripe holds a payout, there is no branch to send people to. We keep the money moving while you keep selling.
Silent dunning, failed renewals, and a webhook that stopped firing on a Tuesday. That is churn you never chose. We find where the subscription lifecycle broke and put it back.
Your client’s pixel is dead and the report is due Monday. We work quietly behind your team, under your brand if you prefer, so the client only ever sees the fix.
Calendars double-booked, lead forms landing in spam, an Amazon or Meta account suspended overnight. Your reputation is on the line, and we treat it that way.
How it works
A streamlined process to diagnose the failure, stabilise operations, and set you up so the same incident does not repeat.
You tell us what failed via the rescue form or email. Critical severity is acknowledged in under 15 minutes and a senior engineer is assigned.
We assess what is broken, identify root causes rather than symptoms, and rank the work by revenue impact. You get a fixed quote before anything changes.
We fix critical issues, restore system reliability, and stop revenue leaking. Rollback, bypass, or repair, whichever is fastest and safest.
We strengthen your RevOps, document the root cause and every change, and put monitoring in place so you find out before your customers do.
What a rescue actually looks like
Composite scenarios built from the failure modes we see most often. Details have been changed and no client data is used, but the shape of each one will feel familiar.
A DTC brand noticed fulfilment had gone quiet even though Stripe kept reporting sales. Orders were being paid for and then vanishing somewhere between the gateway and the warehouse.
A platform update had rotated the webhook signing secret. Every event was being rejected with a 400 that nobody had wired an alert to, so the failure looked like a slow week.
Endpoint repaired, the missed events replayed in order, and an alert added so a rejected webhook pages someone. Written summary delivered the same afternoon.
A B2B SaaS team was spending on ads and hearing nothing back. The form platform said submissions were up. The sales team said the inbox was empty.
Notification emails were bouncing on a DMARC failure after a sender-domain change, and round-robin routing still pointed at a rep who had left three months earlier.
DNS records corrected, routing rebuilt around the current team, and the backlog of unclaimed leads re-assigned with a note on which ones were still warm.
A marketplace seller woke up to a disabled Meta account, days before a launch, with a notice citing “circumventing systems” and no obvious cause.
Two pixels had been installed by two different agencies and were firing conflicting purchase events. The first appeal had been filed from the wrong asset, which reset the review clock.
Evidence pack assembled, the appeal refiled correctly, and the pixels consolidated into one. Account restored inside the platform’s review window.
Why UnbreakOps
Critical severity is acknowledged in under 15 minutes, with published SLAs per failure mode.
We are vendor-agnostic and work inside the stack you already own. No resold software, no surprise migration.
You get working systems, not a deck describing them.
Flat fees or ranges confirmed at triage, before work starts, and never moved after.
Your team keeps the knowledge after we leave.
UnbreakOps stepped in when our CRM and automations were a mess. They quickly diagnosed the issues, fixed what mattered first, and left us with systems our team can actually run.
How we work
Written down because clients kept asking, and because an incident is the worst possible time to discover how your engineer thinks.
Guesswork inside a live system is how a bad day turns into a bad week. If we need twenty minutes to be sure, we take them and tell you why.
A rollback that restores checkout at 2am beats a perfect refactor at noon. The tidy version comes once the money is moving again.
From the first reply to the handover. You never re-explain the problem to a new face because a shift changed.
Not a guideline, a rule. Flat fee or confirmed range, in writing, before a single setting is touched.
Documented changes, named owners, and alerts that actually mean something when they fire.
The moment the work is signed off, our seats are revoked. If you forget, we will remind you.

Questions before you call
Critical, revenue-halted requests are acknowledged in under 15 minutes. Every package lists its own response SLA, and that clock starts when you tell us what failed, not when a contract is signed. The SLA is a response guarantee, not a delivery guarantee: some failures depend on a third-party platform reviewing your account.
No. Rapid fixes and rescue packages are one-off engagements with a fixed fee agreed before work starts. The UnbreakShield retainer is optional and only makes sense once the immediate fire is out.
We tell you before doing any further work, quote the matching rescue package, and credit the full $399 against it if you book within 14 days. You are never upsold mid-incident without a fixed number in writing.
We are deliberately vendor-agnostic and work inside the stack you already own: CRMs, billing and payment platforms, ad and analytics tools, automation platforms, warehouses, and custom APIs. If it carries revenue, it is in scope. We do not resell software or push a migration you did not ask for.
A note from the team
Most of the people who write to us have already spent a day, sometimes a week, in a vendor’s support queue. They have been asked to clear their cache. They have been told an engineer will “look into it”. Meanwhile the orders, the leads, or the payouts are not arriving, and nobody on their team is quite sure whose job this is.
We started UnbreakOps because that gap is where a surprising amount of revenue quietly disappears. Not in strategy decks or platform migrations, but in a webhook that stopped firing, a form that routes to nobody, a pixel installed twice. Small things. Urgent things. Expensive things.
So this is what we do. We pick up, we get inside your stack, we fix the part carrying the money first, and we write down what happened so it does not happen again. And if it turns out you do not need us, we will say so and point you at the setting to change.
